Photos and Felting to the Forest

Today, Yasmin and Marcel ventured out to the Forest Primary School to take part in their 'Mission Week'.  They lead photographic challenges and did rock felting!

3 hours and 45 children later… the feedback included… "I liked the looking for letters to photograph", "I liked jumping" and "I loved the feel of the wool when we felted the rocks".  Says it all really.

Ages 7 and up. Perfect for GCSE and A Level students. All students challenged at their level.

Based at Yasmin's Studio unless otherwise notified. 9am – 3pm

We provide the cameras — unless you've got one that is up to the task.

Insurance — just in case. Damage will otherwise be charged at full replacement cost.

Bring a packed lunch and a SMALL tub of Pringles (not Sour Cream and Onion!)

Slide Show Showdown™ on the last night for family and friends. Such fun!

You get a certificate and a copy of all photographs taken on memory stick.

We're off to Prism!

Tonight, Yasmin and Marcel are off to Prism Photographic Club for an evening entitled "Dry Pops & Fruit Drops" — these are a few of our favourite things!

They're open to visitors so pop in and join us for more of the usual mayhem.

Half Term Photo Madness

We're gearing up for three days of extreme creative photography.  It's open to ages 7+.  You don't require your own camera - we supply everything (except your packed lunch!)

You'll be learning about the critical controls of the camera and exploring extreme techniques for capturing amazing images.  It'll be click, splash, smash, whoosh and snap!

One Night Stand™: the big night out

Here's a few examples of what we got up to last week on our big night out.  It was only 6°C (!) but there was not a breath of wind so it felt absolutely balmy.  Consequently, we shelved the plan to go underground and made the most of the fabulous moonlight.  A good time was had by all.

Adults and Teens Evening

We call it the 'One Night Stand™' — an expedition into the dark-art that is Light Painting.

This time we're breaking out of the Studio and going underground!  If the weather permits, we'll also hit the beach for some fiery action as seen above.

Bring a camera if you have one*, wellies and a torch.  Dress code: WARM!
